BIBIONE:
Bibione is a holiday-paradise which has the benefit of the special climate that makes it possible to go bathing from May to September and to exercise all kind of sports all year round.
The possibility to go to the Thermal center for the numerous treatments makes the season last longer.
The clear and gentle Adriatic Sea, offer to Bibione a wide beach of golden sand. It is 10 km long, surrounded by pinewoods and nature has granted it a mild climate.
Bibione was born 45 years ago as a tourist resort from the very beginning. Here you can spend a relaxing holiday in a unique natural environment, without giving up all the services and facilities normally found in any modern town. New holiday complexes, thousands of shops, sport facilities, social services and lots of shows and fun.
And much more... as of 1996 Bibione is also an important and fully equipped thermal resort! Everything for an ideal visit at any time of the year.
VILLA MARIA:
Recently built villa, 600 m from the beach, composed of 5 well furnished apartments. Nice enclosed garden and parking.
Type A
Three-room-apartment for 4-6 persons on the ground-floor or on the first floor, composed of:
living-room with double divan-bed and kitchen
1 bedroom with 2 beds
1 bedroom with bunk-bed
bathroom, terrace or balcony.
Type B
Three-room-apartment for 4-6 persons on 2 levels, composed of:
living-room with double divan-bed and kitchen
2 bedrooms with 2 beds each
2 bathrooms, terrace and balcony.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The weekly prices are per apartment and includ the following services:
electricity - warm + cold water - gas, air conditioning or heating if available
final cleaning, excluding the kitchen and dishes which have to be cleaned and let in perfect order (otherwise client have to pay 40EURO for extra cleaning)
beach services (1 umbrella, 1 sunchair, 1 sunbed for each apartments) - the beach services is guarnteed from 08.04 2006 to 07.10.2006
On key delivery could be required a caution of ca. 100 EURO per apartment, which will be returned on departure after controlling the apartment.
Weekly prices for bed-sheets and towel renting:
· 2 bed-sheets + 1 pillow-case (per 1 person) - 5 EURO every change
· towels-set for 1 person (tower for shower, face + bidet) - 4 EURO every change
· baby-bed (children 0 - 4 years) without bed-sheets - 13 EURO per week
It is forbidden to give hospitality to more perons then allowed by number beds indicated in our offer. Children as considered as adults. If after controlling the number of persons are more thean allowed, the contract will be not valid.
We reserve the right to not accepted young people grpups.
Arrival from 17.00 to 20.00 o'clock, departure till 9.00 o'clock on the agreed day.
Minimum stay 1 week with arrivals and departure on Saturday from 03.06.2006 till 09.09.2006 Arrivls and departures also during the week in all other periods, but alwys minimum stay 1 week.
Small pets allowed (5 kg)
